PT. GAMTER JAYA, was founded in 1986 originally to provide Tank cleaning and Marine services in Indonesia and operated with Environtmental Departement's guidances and rules of operation ship management and pollution prevention.
          
           

The main aim and Bapedal are to:

  1. Safe guard life and property at sea
  2. Avoid demage to marine environment due to operational consequences
  3. Ensure safe practices in ship operation
  4. Ensure that ship and equipment are maintained in a safe condition
  5. Ensure that applicable rules, regulations, standards, codes and guidelines are available and followed
  6. Minimize contaminated volume and related aspects such as: storage, Handling, transport, treatment, disposal, liability, maintenance.
  7. Minimize potential consequences of leakage by corrosion, erosion and fire potential / pollution hazard.
